SeaEscape is a very spacious one bedroom holiday flat which decorated with a traditional nautical theme. Being situated above (and let by), The Garden House Gallery, Art work by local artists adorns the walls in every room. The spacious lounge has two cream leather sofas, coffee table and modern pebble effect electic fire. There is a 26" HD TV with Freesat box and a free wi-fi connection is available. From the bay window there is a view down Garden Street to the sea. The dual aspect kitchen is large, bright and airy. It is well equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice-box , tassimo coffee maker, iron and ironing board, washing machine. Shabby chic dining furniture provides plenty of eating space for two or more. There is a feature brick and flint wall in the dining area.
From the lounge there is a spiral staircase up to the bedroom (PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS RESTRICTED ACCESS WILL NOT BE SUITABLE FOR EVERYONE ). Decorated in creams, blues and browns the bedroom has a tranquil feel. There is a king sized shaker bed, plenty of drawer and hanging space and a wall mounted 19' HD tv with DVD. The ensuite shower room and toilet are accessed from the bedroom there is a hair dryer for your convenience.
There is no parking with the property but bags can be loaded and unloaded from immediately outside. The flat is accessed by a narrow flight of stairs from the original fisherman's cottage front door. There is unrestricted roadside parking and a number of municipal car parks within easy walking distance. Weekly long stay vouchers can be purchased from North Norfolk District Council.
Rates: From £90.00 per night mid week £95.00 week-end nights. Minimum booking length two nights. Discounts five nights or more.

A Pebbles's Reach
Decorated to compliment the vibrant art work on its walls, A Pebble's Reach is smaller but equally charming and quirky. The downstairs of this flat is smaller but it has a lovely bright and airy
bedroom and a separate bathroom (NB with bath not shower). Both the lounge and the bedroom have chairs and a table where you can sit in the bay window and people watch and also have an oblique view of the sea at the end of Garden Street.
The Lounge, decorated in teal, ochre and orange has two sofas, a coffee table, a small dining table and chairs and a wall mounted Smart TV.
The kitchen has a cooker, microwave, fridge with ice-box, washing machine and Tassimo coffee machine. It isn't a big space but Breakers Cafe (opposite) offer our guests 10% off breakfast, lunch or afternoon tea and are happy for you to take meals back to the flat.
The bedroom has a king size shaker style bed, clothes storage, occasional chairs coffee table and small TV.
PLEASE NOTE THE STAIRS TO THE FLAT ITSELF AND TO THE BEDROOM AND BATHROOM
ARE VERY STEEP AND WILL NOT BE SUITABLE FOR EVERYONE.
